Menu
Our menu is guided by some of the healthiest eating traditions in the world, such as the Mediterranean Diet—known for its emphasis on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, olive oil, and lean proteins—and the Blue Zone Diet, inspired by communities where people live the longest and healthiest lives, eating mostly plant-based foods. In our Kitchen Lab, we study these traditions to create healthier meals.
Our mission is to make healthy eating affordable, satisfying, and accessible. Through our Kitchen Lab, we study traditional and modern recipes to reduce excess sugar, refined starches, unhealthy fats, and sodium—ingredients commonly found in many home-cooked meals, restaurant dishes, and street foods that are often linked to obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic illnesses.
By stripping away unnecessary fillers and focusing on wholesome, nutrient-dense ingredients, we create “no-nonsense” versions of the foods people already know and love. The result is flavorful, nourishing meals that help our community enjoy better health without sacrificing taste, culture, or affordability.

Green Power
The heart of our meals is the “Green Power Base”—large scoops of fresh or lightly grilled vegetables that anchor every dish. It’s our way of replacing heavy fillers like excess starch, grease, and processed ingredients with real, nutrient-rich greens that naturally bring balance back to the plate. Through Kitchen Lab testing, this becomes the foundation of how we rebuild familiar meals into healthier versions.
This approach delivers food that feels satisfying but stays light, helping the body with digestion, steady energy, and long-term health. The Green Power Base then extends across our entire menu—from comfort food plates and buddha bowls to burgers, sandwiches, juices, shakes, coffee, and desserts—all built on the same simple idea: more greens, less unnecessary filler.

Community-Sourced, Affordable Nutrition
Depending on our store location, we keep our food affordable and fresh by sourcing ingredients directly from local farmers and, where possible, growing some of our own produce through our farm. This shortens the supply chain, reduces costs, and ensures ingredients are harvested at their peak. The result is healthier food that more people in the community can access every day.
